In short
- The plan includes one LinkedIn account and one mailbox, both your own. Nothing goes out from an address of ours.
- A new LinkedIn account starts at 35 invitations a week and can reach 125, never more than 25 in a day. The limits are enforced in code and can't be raised.
- Review mode holds everything for your approval. It's on the agent's Settings tab.
01The first 48 hours
LinkedIn watches a newly connected account closely, so for its first 48 hours the agent only finds people and sends nothing. You get leads today and the first invitations from day three. After a reconnect, invitations also wait a couple of hours.

Each step up the invitation ladder comes only after two weeks with no failed sends. The window runs Monday to Friday, so 25 a day is 125 a week at most. If LinkedIn pushes back, the agent steps down and waits: the app says when the account sends again, and finding people carries on.
03Your sending window
Agent, then Settings, When it sends, shows each account's window. LinkedIn sends Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 14:00 on the account's clock, at least 90 seconds between two sends and at irregular gaps. A LinkedIn send held back by its limits goes when they allow, still between 08:30 and 19:30. An approved or edited message is placed in the next window.
04Your mailbox
Connect Gmail or Outlook in Settings with an app password, or any other mailbox with its password and its incoming and outgoing servers. It's handled like your LinkedIn password: passed on once, never stored or logged.
- Warm-up: 20 emails a day at first, 40 after a week, 60 after three weeks.
- Sending hours: every day, 08:00 to 19:00, on the mailbox's clock, at least 8 minutes between two emails. Pick the clock where your buyers are, not where you are.
- Your own daily limit: you can go lower than the warm-up allows, never higher.
- Open tracking: off by default. It adds an invisible image that makes a plain email look like bulk mail.
05Review mode
On the agent's Settings tab, Review mode has a switch for the LinkedIn account and one for the mailbox. On, every invitation, message, email and answer from the agent waits in Copilot until you approve it. Off (the default), the agent sends what it plans, and you can still read and change it in Copilot first.
Review mode belongs to the account, so another agent sending from it waits for you too. What was planned while it was on still waits for your yes after you turn it off. See Copilot.
06What nobody can promise
Safety is what the pacing is built around, but nobody can promise LinkedIn will never act on an account, and we don't.
