The short version
- $69 a month. You see real leads for your own buyer before you pay; the first charge is at checkout, after that screen. There's no trial after it.
- Cancel in the app whenever you like. Nothing more is charged, and your agents keep running to the end of the month you paid for.
- The agent works through your own LinkedIn account and mailbox, so LinkedIn's rules and your mailbox provider's rules apply to you.
- You're responsible for whom you contact and what is said in your name.
01Who we are, and what these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and FOUND ("we", "us"), which you can reach at hello@foundtofind.com. They cover this website, the app at app.foundtofind.com, the agents it runs and the connector that lets an AI assistant use your account (app.foundtofind.com/mcp), together "the Service". "You" means the person who holds the FOUND account and the business they use it for.
If you connect an AI assistant to FOUND, by signing in and clicking Allow or with a connector key, it acts for you: what it does with your account is done under these terms, as if you had done it. A connector key works like a password, so keep it private and revoke it in Settings, then Connect, if it may have been seen. The assistant itself is run by its provider, under that provider's terms.
You accept these terms when you create a FOUND account or pay for the Service. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy, which is part of this agreement.
02Your account
- You sign in with Google or with a one-time code we email to you; there is no FOUND password. Keep your email and your Google account secure, because anyone who can get into them can use your FOUND account.
- One person per account. Don't share your sign-in.
- FOUND is for business use only, and you must be 18 or over to use it.
- We email you about your account: a reply has landed, a thread was handed back to you, a payment went through. These emails are part of the Service. We send marketing email only if you ask for it.
03Price and billing
The plan is $69 a month, the founding price, billed in US dollars.
What the plan includes
- Two agents, each with its own buyer and up to 15 signals.
- One LinkedIn account and one mailbox, shared by both agents.
- Up to 125 invitations a week (never more than 25 a day, Monday to Friday) and 60 emails a day once your accounts are fully warmed up.
- Sequences of up to 8 steps, one inbox for LinkedIn and email with drafted replies, and the agent that answers replies (off by default).
- Ask, and 100 credits in each month you're subscribed.
Add-ons
A teammate is $59 a month and comes with their own login, LinkedIn account, mailbox and two agents. An extra agent is $39 a month. Prices are in US dollars, plus tax where it applies. Credit packs of 100, 500 or 2,000 credits are one-off purchases, priced at checkout.
When you pay
Signing in, reading your website, connecting LinkedIn, building your agent and the preview of real people with the first message cost nothing. The first charge is at checkout, after the preview. There is no trial after that: the preview is how you decide. Your plan then renews every month from the day you paid, until you cancel.
Who takes the payment
Our payment provider is our merchant of record. It runs checkout, charges your card, handles sales tax, VAT or GST, and sends your invoices, and its own buyer terms cover the payment itself. We never see your card details.
Credits
A credit pays for a verified work email, charged only when one is found, or for part of an Ask: 1 credit per company plus 1 per contact. The most an Ask can cost is shown and set aside before it runs, and whatever it doesn't use comes back to you. Credits have no cash value, and credits from a pack aren't refundable once any of them have been used.
04Cancelling and refunds
To cancel: in the app, open Settings, choose "Cancel the subscription" and confirm. Nothing more is charged for the plan, and your agents keep running to the end of the month you've paid for. Then they stop finding and sending.
- Add-ons are separate monthly subscriptions. To end one, email hello@foundtofind.com and we cancel it the same way, at the end of its paid month.
- Refunds. A duplicate charge or a billing error is refunded in full. Otherwise we don't refund part of a month. Nothing here removes a refund right the law gives you that can't be excluded.
- After it ends, your workspace stays as it was, with your agents stopped. You can sign in and export your leads, contacts and conversations as CSV, or ask us to delete everything, as our privacy policy sets out.
- When we can end or pause your account: only if you break these terms, don't pay, put a LinkedIn account at risk (yours included), or keeping you would put us in breach of the law. We tell you first whenever we can. We never end an account for no reason.
05Changes to price and features
- We email you at least 30 days before any change to what you pay. The change starts at your first renewal after that date, and you can cancel before it does. A change never applies to a month you have already paid for.
- We email you at least 30 days before we remove a feature you pay for.
06The service, and your data
- We run the Service with care, but we can't promise it will always be available or work without errors, and there is no uptime guarantee.
- Daily and weekly limits are there to protect your LinkedIn account and mailbox. You can lower them. Nobody can raise them above your plan's limits.
- We look inside your workspace only with your permission, to keep the Service secure, or when the law requires it.
When we process data for you
For the people in your workspace (your leads, their messages, your lists) you are the controller and we are your processor. This section is our data processing agreement with you:
- we process that data only to run the Service for you, on your instructions;
- anyone who can reach it is bound to keep it confidential;
- we keep it secure as our privacy policy describes;
- the kinds of company that help us, and what each one sees, are at privacy, who else handles it; we give you the current list of those companies when you ask, and we email customers before adding one;
- we help you answer requests from the people concerned, and tell you without undue delay if their data is breached;
- when your account is deleted, we delete their data with it.
If you need a signed data processing agreement, including standard contractual clauses, write to hello@foundtofind.com.
Opt-outs cover every customer. If someone asks FOUND to stop contacting them, we block them for every FOUND customer, you included, and if they ask us to delete their data, we delete it from your workspace too. You agree to both.
07AI, leads and replies
- AI finds, scores, writes and sorts, and it can be wrong: a lead can be a poor fit and a message can miss. Read what goes out in your name.
- Review mode holds every invitation, message and email until you approve it. Autopilot sends what's queued without asking each time. You choose which.
- A newly connected LinkedIn account only finds people for its first 48 hours. Messages start after that.
- A drafted reply never sends itself.
- The agent that answers replies is off by default. When you switch it on for a thread, it replies in your name at a slow pace, may offer your booking link, and hands back what it can't answer. You're responsible for what it says, and you can take the thread over at any time.
- Your agent may view prospects' LinkedIn profiles from your account, and LinkedIn may show them the visit.
- Work emails are verified by our email-verification provider when they are found. We can't promise an address stays valid after that.
- FOUND never reads or writes your calendar. It offers your booking link, and the prospect picks the time.
- For your prospects' data you are the controller, and it's your job to have a lawful reason to contact each person.
08What you may not do
- Contact consumers or anyone under 18. FOUND is for business-to-business outreach only.
- Promote anything illegal or deceptive.
- Impersonate anyone, or use a misleading sender name.
- Send email without a way to opt out, or keep contacting someone who asked you to stop.
- Work around the pacing or the limits.
- Resell or share your account.
- Copy, scrape or reverse-engineer FOUND, or probe its security without our written permission.
Follow the anti-spam and privacy laws where the people you contact live: for example CAN-SPAM in the US, the GDPR and the ePrivacy rules in the EU and UK, Canada's anti-spam law, and India's Information Technology Act. We may pause an agent that puts an account at risk or breaks these rules, and we'll tell you why.
09LinkedIn, your mailbox and other connections
FOUND acts through your own LinkedIn account. LinkedIn's User Agreement restricts automated tools, so LinkedIn could limit or restrict your account. By connecting it, you accept that risk. We work to keep it low:
- your account gets its own residential IP address in the country you choose;
- invitations start at 35 a week and step up to 70, 100 and then 125, each step only after two weeks without a failed send, so the top step comes six weeks after you start at the earliest, and never more than 25 go out in a day;
- actions happen inside a window of a few hours on working days, in business hours on the account's clock, at least 90 seconds apart;
- the limits are enforced in code;
- if LinkedIn pushes back, the account pauses for 72 hours and steps down.
We can't promise LinkedIn won't act on an account. FOUND is independent of LinkedIn and Microsoft, and neither endorses it.
Your LinkedIn password, and your mailbox's app password, pass through our server once, straight to our connection provider, and are never stored or logged.
Your mailbox provider's terms apply to email sent from your mailbox. Slack, and anything you connect with webhooks, are yours, under those services' own terms.
10Who owns what
- You own your workspace: your content, your leads and the messages written for you. You let us use it only to run the Service for you.
- We own FOUND: the software, the app, and this website and its content.
- If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
- LinkedIn, Claude, ChatGPT and other product names on this website belong to their owners. None of those owners endorses FOUND or is connected with it.
- People and companies in the product screens on this website come from a sample workspace and are fictional.
11Limits on liability
- The Service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we give no promises beyond the ones in these terms.
- Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost deals, or losing the use of a LinkedIn account.
- Our total liability under these terms is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing here limits a liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
- You will cover us for claims that arise from what you send through FOUND and whom you send it to.
12Law and disputes
Indian law governs these terms, and the courts of India decide any dispute about them. Before starting any claim, write to hello@foundtofind.com and give us 30 days to put it right. If the law where you live gives you rights these terms can't override, you keep them.
13Changes to these terms, and contact
The date at the top changes whenever these terms do. We email customers at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, and using the Service after that date means you accept it. If you don't, cancel before it applies.
Questions and grievances: hello@foundtofind.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within a month.
