The agent 9

How is FOUND different from an automation tool?

An automation tool sends what you give it, to the list you give it. FOUND decides who is worth writing to this week: it watches for buying signals, keeps only the people who fit your buyer, and writes each message from the reason that person was found. Then it paces the sending from your own accounts and handles the replies.

What does the agent do each day?

Every six hours each agent runs one of its signals, taking them in turn, and checks everyone it surfaces against your buyer. The people who pass become leads, each with the reason they're there. Inside your sending window it works through the sequence: invitations, messages, profile visits and emails, spaced apart. A reply stops the sequence for that person and lands in your inbox, with a drafted answer if you have AI draft replies on.

What counts as a buying signal?

Seven families, up to 15 signals per agent:

  • people engaging with posts on your topics
  • people engaging with the voices your market follows
  • people engaging with competitors' pages
  • people aware of your own brand
  • people like your best customers
  • buying events: new funding, job changes and hiring
  • companies using a tool you pick
Do I need my own lists?

No. Signals find people for you, and Ask finds companies and contacts from one sentence. If you do have a list, import LinkedIn profile addresses or a CSV into Contacts and add it to a campaign. The agent still reads each person and only contacts the ones who fit your buyer.

Is it only LinkedIn?

No. A sequence mixes LinkedIn and email, and replies from both land in one inbox. Email goes out from your own mailbox: Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP mailbox, warmed up and paced like your LinkedIn account.

Who is FOUND for?

Founders and small teams who sell to other businesses and run their own outbound. It's built for business-to-business outreach only. Running a team or an agency? Extra agents ($59 a month) and LinkedIn accounts ($29 a month) are add-ons on the same bill, and we set them up with you on a call. It's one login for now: team logins aren't built yet.

What is Ask, and what does it cost?

One sentence in, companies and contacts out. Describe who you want and FOUND finds the companies and a person at each, checking every company against what you sell. It costs 1 credit per company plus 1 per contact, and 1 more per email if you ask for emails. The most it can cost is shown before it runs and whatever it didn't use goes back. Up to 5 Asks a day and 50 companies per Ask.

Can I approve everything before it sends?

Yes. Review mode holds every invitation, message and email until you approve it, and you can edit any of them first. Autopilot sends what's queued without asking each time, and still shows you the whole next window so you can edit or skip any of it.

What results should I expect?

We don't publish reply or meeting rates yet. FOUND is new, and an average from a handful of accounts would be a guess dressed up as a number. What you can judge before paying is better: the preview shows real people for your own buyer and the first message the agent would send them. From day three it sends up to 35 invitations a week, rising as the account earns it.

Booking calls 4

Can FOUND book meetings for me?

It gets the interested person to your booking link: through a drafted reply you send or, on threads where you switch it on, the agent's own reply. The prospect picks the slot on your own booking tool. Pick Book demos as your goal in Setup and add your booking link in Settings; every message then steers toward a short call.

What happens when someone replies?

Their sequence stops at once and anything queued to them is cancelled. The reply lands in your inbox, LinkedIn and email together, and with AI draft replies on (one switch in Settings) an answer drafted from your brief waits with it. Use it, edit it or write your own; nothing is sent until you press Send. Replying yourself makes the thread yours, and the agent never writes on it again.

When does the agent answer by itself?

Only on threads where you switch it on. It's off by default. It replies in your name at a human pace, offers your booking link once they show interest, and hands the thread back to you when they ask something only you can answer. Every answer shows when it will go out, and you can stop it until then.

Does FOUND read my calendar?

No. FOUND never reads or writes your calendar. It offers your booking link, and the prospect picks a free slot on your own booking page. The agent never proposes or accepts a specific time itself.

LinkedIn safety 4

Is my LinkedIn account safe?

Safety is what the pacing is built around. Your account gets its own residential IP in the country you choose. Actions are spread through a daily window at irregular gaps, the limits are enforced in code, and if LinkedIn pushes back the agent steps down and waits.

Nobody can promise LinkedIn will never act on an account, and we don't.

Does FOUND store my LinkedIn password?

No. You sign in on FOUND's own page. Your password passes through our server once, straight to our LinkedIn connection provider, and is never stored or logged. After that we hold only a reference to the connected account. Mailbox app passwords are handled the same way.

Why don't messages go out on day one?

LinkedIn watches a newly connected account closely, so for its first 48 hours the agent only finds people and sends nothing. You get leads today and messages from day three, and the account starts the way a careful person would.

How much does it send?

A new LinkedIn account starts at 35 invitations a week and steps up to 70, 100 and then 125, each step only after two weeks with no failed sends, and never more than 25 in a day, Monday to Friday. Up to 100 messages and 100 profile visits a week. A mailbox warms from 20 emails a day to 40, then 60. Everything goes out inside your window, at least 90 seconds apart on LinkedIn.

Pricing and billing 6

Can I see it working before I pay?

Yes. Sign in with Google, paste your website and connect LinkedIn. The agent scans for about two minutes and shows you the real people it found for your buyer and the first message it would send the top one. Payment comes after that screen, not before.

Sometimes fewer than five people come back. That tells you something about your buyer, and you still haven't paid. You can also watch the walkthrough or book 20 minutes with us.

What does it cost?

$69 a month, the founding price. That covers two agents, one LinkedIn account and one mailbox, up to 125 invitations a week at full warm-up, the inbox with drafted replies, the agent that answers (off by default), Ask, and 100 credits a month. Add an agent for $59 a month, or another LinkedIn account or mailbox for $29 a month.

What does "founding price" mean?

It's FOUND's price while we launch: $69 a month for the whole plan. There's no seat countdown and no higher "was" price struck through, because neither exists. What happens to your price if it changes for new customers is set out in our terms.

What do credits pay for?

Data we buy per lookup. Finding a verified work email costs 1 credit, and only when one is found. Ask costs 1 credit per company plus 1 per contact. Your plan adds 100 credits each month you're subscribed, and packs of 100, 500 or 2,000 credits are there if you need more.

How do I cancel?

In the app, under Settings: Cancel the subscription, then confirm. Nothing more is charged, and your agents keep running to the end of the month you've paid for; then they stop. The details are in our terms.

Who handles the payment?

Our payment provider runs checkout, handles sales tax and sends your invoice. We never see your card details.

Claude, ChatGPT and MCP 1

Can I use FOUND from Claude or ChatGPT?

Not yet. It's coming with our next release: connect once, then ask Claude or ChatGPT for this week's warm leads, a fit check or a drafted opener, in the chat you already use. It will read and queue; it will never send.

Data and privacy 4

Who sees my data?

We never sell personal data or use it for ads. It's seen only by the providers that run parts of the service: hosting, the LinkedIn and mailbox connection, email finding, the AI models that score and write, our own notification emails, and payments. Our privacy policy lists each one with what it sees.

Do you train AI models on my data?

No. We don't train AI models on your data. The models that read your site, score people and write messages are used through their providers' services, and the privacy policy names them.

How do I stop someone being contacted?

Anyone who replies stop, unsubscribe or not interested is stopped at once, and anything queued to them is cancelled. To keep a whole company out, add it or its domain to your block list in Contacts. If someone using FOUND contacted you, the opt-out page is for you.

Can I have my data deleted?

Yes. Email hello@foundtofind.com from your account's address and we delete your account's data. Our privacy policy sets out what we keep, and for how long.

Still wondering about something? Write to hello@foundtofind.com.

Somebody is asking for what you sell this week.

FOUND spots them from what they do on LinkedIn, writes to them from your own account, and hands the interested ones your booking link.
