Copilot: approve, edit or skip what goes out

01Autopilot

Open Copilot. Autopilot starts with a card for each account: "Sending now, until 14:00" or "Next launch" and when, with what's planned for it. Under the cards is every action planned, day by day, each a few minutes apart inside its account's window and never past its daily limit.

The agent plans when a window opens, so between windows the list can be short. Anything moved past the next window, usually because LinkedIn asked for a pause, is listed under After the next window.

02Approve, edit or skip

Each row names the person, their title, the agent and the account, and shows the words themselves. What you can do depends on the row:

• Approve, on a row waiting for your approval.
• Edit, on anything with words, then Save. On a LinkedIn account that can attach notes, an invitation with no note shows Add a note instead. An edited message is checked again before it can go, and is marked Edited by you.
• Skip, on everything. Skipping an invitation is final for that person, so it asks first: "Skip the invitation? They will not be contacted."

A message with a detail it couldn't fill in is Held back for a fix, never sent with a blank. Edit it and it goes back in the queue, or waits for your approval in review mode.

03Review

Review has one card per person: why they were found, what signal found them, and everything waiting for them. Press Approve with their name to queue all of it inside the window. Press Reject, then Yes, reject, and nothing is sent to them, now or later.

Review fills when review mode is on for the account, and with follow-ups an assistant created, which always wait for your yes. Turn it on in the agent's Settings. See Review mode.

04The Queue tab

Each agent also has a Queue tab: everything that agent has planned, on any day, and the last place to stop it. Copilot shows the next window for every agent at once.
