In short
- Every conversation, LinkedIn and email, lands in one Inbox.
- AI draft replies writes a suggested answer for you to edit and send. It's off until you switch it on.
- Agent answers replies lets the agent answer by itself. It's off by default too.
01The Inbox
Open Inbox. It opens on Interested, the conversations where someone is keen; press All for every conversation. Unread ones come first, then the newest.
Pick one to read what they said, use the AI draft or write your own, and send it from your own account: LinkedIn at a human pace, or email from your mailbox in the same thread. The Interested switch on a conversation marks it by hand.
02AI draft replies
In Settings, under Inbox & AI replies, switch on AI draft replies for your LinkedIn account. The same switch is on the agent's Settings tab. From then on, when someone replies, a suggested answer waits for you in the Inbox, written from your company's details and your instructions.
Use it, change it or write your own. Nothing is sent until you press Send.
03Your calendar link and instructions
In the same place:
- Calendar link: when someone is clearly interested or asks to talk, a draft or the agent can offer it. Leave it empty and neither offers a time: a proposed time comes to you.
- Instructions for the AI: the tone to write in, what to mention, when to suggest a call, what to say about price. Every draft and every answer from the agent follows them.
FOUND never reads or writes your calendar. The prospect picks a free slot on your own booking page.
04The agent that answers (off by default)
You can let the agent answer replies itself, on one conversation or on new ones:
- One conversation: in the Inbox, switch on Agent replies on this thread.
- New conversations: in Settings or the agent's Settings tab, switch on Agent answers replies. Conversations that already exist keep their own setting.
It answers at a human pace, never instantly, from your company's details and your instructions. Every answer shows when it will go out, with a Don't send button until then. With review mode on, its answers wait for your approval in Copilot.
When someone asks something only you can answer, it hands the conversation to you and stays out until you press Hand back to the agent. The moment you reply yourself, the conversation becomes yours.
