Social selling tools for LinkedIn in 2026: 10 picked by the job they do
Social selling tools on LinkedIn do three jobs: notice who is paying attention, start the conversation, and keep it going. Here are 10, grouped by the job each is built for, with every price as the tool's own site showed it on 18 Oct 2026.
On this page 9 sections
Social selling used to mean posting more and hoping the right people noticed. On LinkedIn in 2026 it is three practical jobs: spot the people already paying attention to your market, write to them while it still matters, and keep the conversation going until there is a call on the calendar.
No tool here does all three the same way, so this list groups ten of them by the job each one is built for. Every price is as the tool's own site showed it on 18 Oct 2026, and each tool gets a plain "pick it if".
What social selling tools do in 2026: the short answer
A social selling tool helps you sell through what people do in public on a social network, and for B2B that mostly means LinkedIn. The useful ones either tell you who is paying attention (people engaging with posts on your topic, with your competitors or with you), help you write to them and follow up, or keep many conversations moving at once. Pick by the job you need done first.
| The job | Tools on this list |
|---|---|
| Notice who is paying attention | FOUND, Teamfluence, Valley, Common Room |
| Start the conversation | Waalaxy, Expandi, Dripify, Linked Helper, La Growth Machine |
| Keep it going across many accounts | HeyReach |
The three jobs
- Notice who is paying attention. Someone who commented on a post about the problem you solve, reacted to a competitor's update, started following you or just changed jobs has given you a reason to write. Finding them by hand means reading the same feeds every morning, which is the part of social selling people stop doing first. More on each kind of signal in LinkedIn buying signals.
- Start the conversation. An invitation and a first message about what they did or said, never "I saw you liked my post". Then a follow-up or two, paced so your account looks like a person sending it.
- Keep it going. Replies have to be answered while they are warm, every sequence to that person has to stop, and the interested ones need an easy next step. For an agency, it also means many LinkedIn accounts and one place to read every reply.
Notice who is paying attention
These four start from signals: they watch for people showing interest and hand you, or your outreach, the ones who fit.
FOUND
FOUND is an agent for B2B outbound, from a founder selling alone to a full sales team with a seat for every rep. Replies land in one inbox; switch it on, and the agent answers them by your reply rules and sends your meeting link.
- Watches
- Seven signal families: people engaging with posts on your topics, with experts in your market and with competitors' company pages; reactions to your posts and new followers; people like your best customers; job changes, recent funding and hiring; and companies using a tool. On a Premium or Sales Navigator account, people who viewed your profile.

Questions
What is a social selling tool?
A tool that helps you sell through what people do in public on a social network, which for B2B mostly means LinkedIn. In 2026 that is three jobs: noticing who is paying attention to your market, starting a conversation with them, and keeping it going until there is a call booked.
What is the best social selling tool for LinkedIn?
It depends on the job. To have the people found and written to from your own account, FOUND, at $69 a month. To pool signals across a whole team's profiles, Teamfluence; to run many sender accounts, HeyReach; for low-cost sequences to your own searches, Waalaxy.
Is social selling the same as outreach?
Not quite. Outreach is contacting people; social selling is choosing whom to contact from what they do in public, and writing about that. A note to someone who just commented on a post about the problem you solve is social selling. The same note sent to a bought list is outreach.
