HeyReach pricing in 2026: what a sender costs on each plan

HeyReach charges per sender, which is one connected LinkedIn account, and never for teammates. Growth is $79 a month per sender, or $64 a month billed yearly; Agency starts at $999 a month for 25 senders, and Unlimited is $2,999 a month.

HeyReach is built for running LinkedIn outreach across many sender accounts, for agencies, sales teams and GTM experts. Its price follows that: you pay per sender, or for a bundle of senders, and everyone else on the account comes at no charge.

Below is every plan as HeyReach's own pricing page showed it on 18 Oct 2026, monthly, quarterly and yearly, what a sender is, what one LinkedIn account costs over a year, and how that compares with other LinkedIn tools, FOUND among them.

HeyReach's help centre article on its plans, dated 11 Sep 2026, lists Growth at $71 quarterly and $63 yearly; the pricing page's own calculator rounds up, to $72 and $64. From 10 senders, Growth drops to $59 a sender a month on monthly billing, on both.

What counts as a sender

"A sender (or a seat) is a LinkedIn account that you add to your organization," its pricing page says. Teammates, assistants, clients and other users are not charged: "HeyReach charges only per LinkedIn senders, not per users." So the bill grows with the number of LinkedIn accounts you send from, not with the size of your team.

Growth

Growth is priced per sender, with a counter on the page for how many you need. Each sender includes unlimited campaigns, all LinkedIn actions (connection requests, messages, follow-ups, voice notes and profile views), the unified inbox, multichannel outreach through native email integrations, 100 enrichment credits, integrations, the API and webhooks, workspaces and permissions, and its MCP server. Its questions section says Growth gives each sender a dedicated residential proxy.

Agency

Agency is a bundle rather than a per-sender rate: 25 senders at $999 a month or 50 at $1,399, with no per-sender figure shown. It adds 1,000 enrichment credits, white label with one branding included, done-for-you onboarding and a dedicated Slack channel. On Agency you bring your own proxies; its questions section offers a call if you have none.

Unlimited

Unlimited is $2,999 a month for "unlimited senders" under a fair use policy: "The plan is capped at 300 senders." It adds 3,000 enrichment credits, done-for-you migration and priority support, with more white-label brandings as an add-on at $500 each. Like Agency, it runs on your own proxies.

Done for you, and the early-stage programme

  • Done for you is priced on request. HeyReach runs the outreach: research on your buyer, campaign setup, multichannel outreach, a dedicated GTM engineer and inbox manager, and weekly and monthly reports.
  • The early-stage programme is "a heavily discounted plan", with no price shown. You qualify with under $250,000 in annual recurring revenue, fewer than 5 people, and no existing HeyReach account, and you apply through a form.

What one LinkedIn account costs a year

One sender on Growth for twelve months, from the prices on HeyReach's page, next to FOUND. The arithmetic is ours where the page gives no total.

One LinkedIn accountA year
HeyReach Growth, billed monthly$79 × 12 = $948
HeyReach Growth, billed quarterly$214 × 4 = $856
HeyReach Growth, billed yearly$759, as the page states
FOUND, $69 a month$69 × 12 = $828

FOUND's $69 a month covers finding the people and writing each message as well as sending them, with two agents, one LinkedIn account and one mailbox.

What's included, and what you bring

HeyReach sends to the people you give it. Its home page says to "import relevant LinkedIn contacts from Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B, HubSpot, or any other tool", and describes warm leads pushed in when someone visits your site, books a meeting, engages with an ad or interacts with your posts. It also lets your own AI agents run campaigns through its MCP server, and tags replies by sentiment in the unified inbox.

So the full cost of a campaign includes wherever the list comes from: a Sales Navigator seat, an enrichment tool, a CRM export, or your own time building it. If you would rather have the people found for you, that is the job FOUND does, and the tools that work that way are compared in the best LinkedIn prospecting tools, grouped by job. Eight tools you could use in HeyReach's place, compared by how each one finds people, are in HeyReach alternatives.

How we checked

We read each company's own pages on 18 Oct 2026 in a desktop browser, switching every pricing toggle and sender selector to each option:

  • HeyReach: heyreach.io/pricing, heyreach.io, and its help centre article on plans and pricing
  • Dripify: dripify.com/pricing
  • Expandi: expandi.io/pricing and expandi.io
  • Waalaxy: waalaxy.com/pricing and waalaxy.com
  • Linked Helper: linkedhelper.com/pricing

FOUND's side comes from our own product and site. We did not run these tools side by side, so nothing here claims a reply rate or a lead count for any of them. Prices change; if one here has, write to hello@foundtofind.com and we will correct it and move the date at the top.
