Billing, credits and cancelling

01What the plan includes

• Two agents, one LinkedIn account and one mailbox.
• Up to 125 invitations a week at full warm-up, and 60 emails a day.
• The Inbox with AI draft replies, and the agent that answers (both off until you switch them on).
• Ask, and 100 credits a month.

02Credits

Settings, then Plan, shows how many credits you have and the date the plan's 100 come back. Ask shows the most it can cost before it runs, and whatever it didn't use comes back. See Ask.

03Your card and invoices

In Settings, then Plan, Billing and invoices opens the billing page, where your card is changed and every invoice and receipt is. Our payment provider runs checkout and handles sales tax. We never see your card details.

04A payment that didn't go through

If a renewal fails, a bar at the top says so and the agent keeps running for a few days. Press Update the card, and nothing stops. If the days run out, the agent stops until the card is updated, and everything you set up is kept.

05Cancel

1. Open Settings, then Plan.
2. Press Cancel the plan, read what happens, then Yes, cancel.

No further charge is taken. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for; on that date the agent stops finding and sending. A day later your LinkedIn account and mailbox are disconnected from FOUND. Your leads, conversations and settings are kept.

Changed your mind before the date? Press Keep my plan on the same tab and it carries on. Nothing is disconnected. To come back after it ended, restart the plan and reconnect LinkedIn.

06Delete your account

Write to hello@foundtofind.com from the address you sign in with. Everything goes: the agents, the leads, the conversations and the connected accounts.
